Our philosophy is simple - the traditional 6% brokerage fee is too expensive and unnecessary to sell your home.  A home that sells for $200,000 and is charged a 6% brokerage fee will pay $12,000 in agent commissions - and we think that's too much!   

McClure Realty Inc. offers home sellers unbelievable savings in selling their home.  Instead of charging a 6% commission to sell your home, we charge a flat fee (seller will still be responsible to pay a buyer's agent co-broke fee - typically between 2 and 3 percent).  This flat fee makes home selling more affordable than ever before by saving you thousands - or even tens of thousands - of dollars on the sale of your home over a 6% commission!
