Our philosophy is simple....the traditional 6% brokerage fee is too expensive and unnecessary to sell your home.  A home that sells for $200,000 and is charged a 6% brokerage fee will pay $12,000 in agent commissions....and we think that's too much!   

We started McClure Realty, Inc. to offer home sellers unbelievable savings in selling their home.  Instead of charging a 6% commission to sell your home we charge a flat fee (seller will still be responsible to pay a buyer's agent co-broke fee typically between 2 and 3 percent).  This flat fee makes home selling more affordable than ever before by saving you thousands or even tens of thousands of dollars on the sale of your home over a 6% commission!

But don't think that just because we don't charge thousands of dollars to sell your home that our listings don't sell or that you will not get a full service listing.    We provide all our clients with a FULL SERVICE listing agreement.   We are not a list'em and forget'em company.  We are local Charlotte area Real Estate Brokers that will be there to provide you with outstanding customer support.  And the best part about it is....OUR LISTINGS SELL!
